The story behind us
Evolve was born back in 2018 as a content production partner but quickly evolved into a performance consutancy. In 2022, we started offering a small range of courses and resources for in-house L&D functions.
Today, we specialise in helping medium and large L&D functions adopt experiment-led workflows along with a wide range of skill boosting workshops and courses.
The mission behind all our work
L&D has no future if it doesn't evolve. Too often we are seen as a cost centre, something to tick a box and nothing more. As technology advances, we run the risk of being replaced, or minimised if we can't offer something beyond beautful eLearning that makes everyone feel good.
We, as L&D professionals, must offer high impact performance improvement, not just mass content creation.
We believe that experiment-led practice, and continuous upskilling of ourselves lies at the heart of this.
